Ayden Owens-Delerme is an American-born Puerto Rican professional athlete, entrepreneur, and a 2024 Paris Olympian in track and field. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master's in business administration (MBA) from the University of Arkansas where he became a three-time NCAA Champion.

At the time of writing his first memoir, Owens, only 24 years old, is a software startup founder of DapUp LLC and an ardent truth seeker. Owens now lives and trains full-time in San Germán, Puerto Rico, where he has served to elevate sport in his mother country by providing free youth athletics clinics over the past five years.
